  • Stand Tall–Don't Fall

    Improve your flexibility, posture, balance, and energy through a series of simple, adaptable movements that can be done seated or standing. Weekly classes are held online via Zoom.

  • Think Tall–Don'tFall

    Each class is designed and taught by Christina and, as a series, this program is among the most popular offered by the Brain Injury Alliance of Arizona (BIAAZ). It is intended for survivors of all types of brain injury or brain trauma. Weekly classes are online and free for those who qualify.

    A new class exploring movement-based somatic therapy designed to help you release, relax, and reconnect.  Let go of tension, improve your mobility and stability, and enhance your cognitive function through a structured program of gentle movements.
